You can ask for a refund within 60 days of receiving the order.

Email support@beamspecs.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Wait for that email before you send anything. Pack the glasses and the USB-C cable.
Refund
After we receive the return, we email you and refund the original payment method. Your bank can take a few extra business days to show it.
For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping, and the original shipping fee (if any) is not refunded. The return email will confirm the return address.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
This one is on us. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will send a prepaid return label (if a return is needed) and replace it or refund you, your choice.
