Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Costs

  • Standard shipping: $8.00.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more, after discounts.
  • Express shipping: $15.00, when you choose it at checkout.

The shipping cost you pay is the one shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Estimated 7–14 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. See our order tracking page.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

If tracking has not moved in several days, the package shows delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email support@beamspecs.com with your order number.

Wrong address? Email us before the order ships. After it ships, we cannot change the address.
